Built to Order/Custom: If the product is custom, please refer to the lead time/availability on product page.


Return / Repair: In order to receive proper credit/repair, dealer/customer must first contact JELCO via our CONTACT US form and request a Return Authorization (RA) / Repair number. Product should be returned in New condition. If product is returned used, partial credit may be given.

Please note: If damage occurred during transit, do not throw away the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and also contact JELCO.

Include the RA# in the "Ship To" address line or clearly place the RA# on a label and attach it to the outside of the box.

Return Period: Product returned for credit must be within 60 days of shipment from JELCO. Credit will be issued within 48 hours or return.

Special Order Cases*: Returns will not be accepted for Special Order Cases or Custom Designed Cases.

*Special Order cases are defined as cases that are fabricated based on dimensions supplied by dealer / customer.
