PRODUCT RETURNS & REPAIRS


Return Period: Product returned for credit must be within 60 days of shipment from JELCO.

Special Order Cases*: Returns will not be accepted for Special Order Cases or Custom Designed Cases.

*Special Order cases are defined as cases that are fabricated based on dimensions supplied by dealer / customer.

Return / Repair: In order to receive proper credit/repair, dealer/customer must first contact JELCO Customer Service toll free at 888-875-3526 or fax 847-459-5262 and request a Return Authorization (RA) / Repair number.

Please note: If damage occurred during transit, do not throw away the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and also contact JELCO.

Include the RA# in the "Ship To" address line or clearly place the RA# on a label and attach it to the outside of the box.

Restock Fee: There will be a 15% restocking charge plus the amount of the original freight to you for all returns. If product is returned in used condition, then an evaluation will be made by JELCO as to the amount of credit (if any) that can be issued.

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION


EZ-LIFT
® and RotoLiftTM WARRANTY
JELCO, Inc. offers a 1 Year LIMITED Warranty on all EZ-LIFT and RotoLift Lift Cases.
JELCO's lift mechanism is covered by a 5-year limited warranty.


JELCO warrants to the original purchaser that its cases are free from defect in material and workmanship, under normal use and operation. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration by the purchaser, airlines, common carriers, or other third parties. If the case does not operate as warranted above, JELCO will repair or replace the defective merchandise at our option and expense.
It is important to note that our warranty is not an unconditional warranty for the life of the product. All materials eventually wear out with normal use. Like any other product, it is not indestructible. Therefore, JELCO is not liable for normal wear and tear (moving parts, wheels and handles), damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration. Incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the items being carried, are not included in the warranty stated above.

PADDED COVERS, FABRIC, MOLDED, and ATA CASES:

JELCO, Inc. offers a LIFETIME - LIMITED Warranty on all cases.  JELCO warrants to the original purchaser that its cases are free from defect in material and workmanship, under normal use and operation. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration by the purchaser, airlines,  common carriers, or other third parties. If the case does not operate as warranted above, JELCO will repair or replace the defective merchandise at our option and expense.

If an airline or other carrier damages your JELCO case, you should immediately file a damage claim with the carrier.

Note: Locks on JELCO cases are intended only to unauthorized opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of case and/or its content.
