With a few exceptions, most parts on JELCO cases are not "user replaceable." Call us toll-free at 1-888-875-3526 and we will issue you an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number). After you receive the RMA number, you will need to package your case in a box and send it to:

Your case might be covered by our lifetime limited warranty. If you believe the repair is a warranty issue, you will need to provide us with proof of purchase clearly showing the purchase date (a copy of a packing slip or invoice from the dealer you purchased the case from will suffice).
